Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address and the details you give are delivered to the studio inbox and used to reply to you and to arrange your booking. Bridal enquiries, including those for a bride's party, are also passed to the partner that manages Andrada's bridal bookings, which keeps its own copy in order to arrange them. Enquiries are sorted with the help of automated tools so that bridal ones reach that partner promptly. A record of each enquiry, including whether one passed to the partner led to a booking, is kept to manage enquiries and bookings and to review how they are handled. Your details are not added to marketing lists or shared beyond that.
Analytics
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It sets cookies only if you accept, and you can decline with one click and browse identically. Measurement is anonymised where possible, and nothing is used for advertising. Details of Google's processing are in Google's own privacy policy.
Cookies
No cookies are set unless you accept analytics. Your accept-or-decline choice itself is remembered in your browser so we do not ask twice.

You can ask what information the studio holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time: info@armakeup.co.uk. If your enquiry was passed to the bridal bookings partner, your request will be passed on to them too.
