In the Room

Bridal

Beautiful up close. Flawless in every photograph.

Wedding hair and makeup is its own discipline. The light is softer, the day is far longer, and everyone sees you up close. So the work is quieter: skin that still looks like skin, colour chosen to flatter at arm's length, hair that moves without ever coming down.

It should feel effortless and stay flawless, through the vows, the embraces and every hour of the dance floor. You, on your most photographed day, still looking like you.

Destination Weddings

The kit travels. The standard doesn't.

The Riviera, the Italian lakes, a terrace above the sea. A destination wedding is planned around heat, humidity and travel days: the timeline works back from the light, and the kit is packed for the climate.

London and the home counties as standard; worldwide by arrangement.

The Wedding Morning

Never hurried, never loud

The trial

Weeks before the day, and never hurried. The look is designed around your face, your dress and the light of your venue, then photographed so you know exactly how it reads.

The morning

A quiet schedule with room to breathe. The bride sits last, so she walks out freshest, into a room that is already calm.

The wear

Skin and hair prepared to last from first look to last dance, through tears, embraces and every song, without a single mirror check.

Questions, Asked Often

Everything else, ask directly

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can once your date and venue are set. Summer Saturdays and destination dates are spoken for first. That said, calendars move, so a late enquiry is always worth making.

Do you do both hair and makeup?

Yes, both, and that is deliberate. One artist means one vision for the whole look, one schedule, and no handover between chairs on the morning itself.

What does the trial involve?

An unhurried session, weeks before the day. The look is designed around your face, your dress and the light of your venue, then photographed, so you know exactly how it reads before the morning arrives.

Can you look after my bridal party too?

Yes. Mothers, bridesmaids and guests are welcome, with timings agreed in advance. The schedule is built so everyone finishes calmly and the bride sits last, freshest.

We're marrying abroad. How does that work?

Happily, and often. The kit is packed for the climate, the timeline works back from the ceremony light, and travel is planned into your wedding itinerary. London and the home counties as standard; worldwide by arrangement.

Will it really last all day?

That is the discipline. Skin is prepared so makeup wears from first look to last dance, through tears, embraces and every song, and stays beautiful at conversational distance the whole way through.
